River Run 

Commissioned for the 3Bird Kids Foundation, River Run is a ninety-foot land art intervention composed of 15 tons of river stone and recycled glass. Tracing the contours of a shallow waterway, the work creates a vivid ribbon of color that bridges the gap between the natural landscape and the campus’s creative mission.

Sustainable landmark detail featuring recycled colored glass aggregate and natural flaked mica. A 'liquid gemstone' surface treatment developed through a two-year R&D partnership to ensure permanent, vibrant color.
Ecological landmark demonstrating circular economy principles. Utilizing 1,500 pounds of post-consumer glass to transform a functional waterway into an immersive outdoor classroom and regional destination.

Traditions

Commissioned by Broward County Cultural Division and the City of Lauderhill, FL, Traditions draws inspiration from the vibrant traditions of Caribbean folk dances, including the Tambu, Bélé, Calypso, and Soca. Subtly woven across their forms is the local topography of the city, a delicate cartographic rendering that connects the figures to the very land they inhabit.

THREE BIRDS

Commissioned for the 3Bird Kids Foundation, the Three Birds are a powerful visual echo of Bob Marley's iconic "Three Little Birds," embodying the song's timeless message of peace and hope. Just as Marley's birds sing sweet songs of reassurance, these steel messengers stand tall, symbolizing that joy and tranquility are woven into the fabric of the natural world, and that every new dawn brings fresh opportunities.

HOME

Commissioned by the Economic Alliance for a community-owned grocery, Home depicts inter-generational communities coming together and welcoming others to join them in the spirit of the surrounding historically Black and African American neighborhoods. New growth emerges from beneath cultural textile patterns as open hands embrace the imagined figures from all sides.

Standing apart, at the entry to the course and overlooking the clubhouse return, is The Pack Leader. This singular figure embodies the spirit of a pioneer—unswayed by popular opinion, incredibly self-sufficient, relying on instinct and ability to solve problems. Decisive, with unyielding courage and conviction, The Pack Leader is always watching. The Pack Leader was commissioned for the 3Bird Kids Foundation.

Nourish

Etched into the glass centerpiece is an excerpt from U.S. Poet Laureate Joy Harjo’s “Remember” (1952): “You are this universe and this universe is you,” a powerful reminder of the potential contained within a single seed and the transformative power of the library. Nourish was commissioned by the City of Oklahoma City for Belle Isle Library.

WHAT IS THE CITY
BUT THE PEOPLE

Commissioned for the COPTA (Transit Authority), a diverse procession of figures—young and old, some engaged with technology, others relying on the aid of a cane—moves in harmonious unison across the expansive surface.  This dynamic composition subtly evokes the grandeur of classical processional friezes, from the timeless elegance of the Parthenon (440 BC) to the bold, expressive dynamism of American artist Norman Lewis (1909-1979).
